We do appreciate that sometimes you might want to return your new products back to us. You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the products, with any packaging, wrapping, tags and labels intact and attached.
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days.
If you are thinking of returning an item:
Ensure that all tags, packaging, wrapping and anything that made up the whole of the original product is all included in the package and in original condition.
Include a covering note with the package clearly stating your name, address, and order number. Also, briefly state the reason of return and provide contact details in case we need to get in touch with you about your return.
Claims for the loss of Delivery, we priority offer the delivery with tracking services, you can track your delivery status anytime, and it requires signature when receiving. However, some of items which to be directly delivered from our vendors, may not provide the tracking services. Therefore, we could only issue claims for the non-tracking item prices after 90 days from the dispatched date.
